From 1978-1981, Philip Baruch was an assistant judge at Paul Kurzenberger as well as partner. In 1989, Philip Baruch co-founded Thyregod & Elmer Advokatfirma and in 1999 he co-founded Lund Elmer Sandager (law firms).

Jesper Lund Bredesen has been a Shareholder's Representative since 2012. Jesper Lund Bredesen is a former senior resident in various surgical departments and in 1993 he became a surgical specialist. He later became head of development of IBM's healthcare solutions and was managing director at DLI A/S (the Danish organisation of suppliers of medicinal product information). He is also a former mentor in the MBA programme at Copenhagen Business School. Jesper has been a member of the board of representatives at Jyske Bank since 2012 and a been member of the board of directors at Schultz Information A/S, JUUL&FROST, Healthy Living A/S, Rehfeld Partners A/S and Infomatum A/S.
